Clients can take advantage of the following recruitment services with tailored agreements:

Contingent Recruitment

This solution provides you with the advantage of receiving CV's and interviewing candidates with no up front cost to the client. Effectively, this is a free service up until a candidate we have provided is selected.

Retained Recruitment

This solution is more tailored to permanent positions. Fees are normally paid in 3 stages (negotiable) - A Percentage/Fixed Fee up front to begin the search, a percentage/fixed fee for every interview carried out and a percentage/fixed fee once a selection is made.

Tailored agreements:

Contract To Permanent

We could give clients the option to hire a contractor that we have provided them with as a permanent employee, subject to a minimum period of contract work being carried out and/or a one off fee being paid to us.

Fee Only Agreement

We give clients the option to decrease expenditure on recruitment services by contracting directly with the contractors we provide and paying our fee separately.

Fixed Fee Agreement

We give clients the option to take advantage of transparency in exchange for exclusivity, multiple requirements and interview slots given before the search begins

Contract Placement Terms & Conditions (Candidate)

(These are viewable with a user specific password only and will be made available to consultants if there is a good probability of selection or once we have established whether our client(s) have chosen to go further in the recruitment process with an applicant.) 

Freelancer Status

Choose this option if you are already registered to work and invoice as a freelancer in the country where the work will be carried out and will be paying taxes locally as an individual

Umbrella Solution

Choose this option if you will be working via a registered umbrella company who will be responsible for invoicing TEQNEEKS and paying for you in the country you will be carrying out work in.

EU Registered company

Choose this option if you will be working via your own EU registered company to invoice TEQNEEKS and pay taxes independently.
